The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) is seeking a motivated and client-focused professional (m/f) to join its team in New Delhi:
Senior Office Manager South Asia
The incumbent will be required to work independently and as part of a small client focused team delivering administrative support and ensuring policy and procedural compliance. The main responsibilities include:
Leading the regional Finance and Administration Team ensuring consistency of practice across the region
Delivering improved financial administration, reporting and analysis for the South Asia region
Contributing to improved administrative efficiency and effectiveness and continued process simplification.
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and at least five years of work experience experience in an accounting, finance, payroll or related area and in managing a small team, combined with experience in computer-based accounting packages (SAP preferred). Solid administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to set priorities are necessary to accomplish tasks in a demanding environment.
